You can also text from any customer card. Twilio bills you directly, and MonkeyLio never charges for these texts.

Yes. Once you connect your Stripe account in Settings, the Money page shows every customer payment, bank deposit, your available balance, failed payments, refunds and disputes, with date filters and daily, weekly or monthly charts. You can export to CSV and issue full or partial refunds. Only the owner can see it, and your Stripe key is encrypted and never shown.

Yes. In Automations, switch off any automatic text one by one, for example invoice texts or the job started and finished updates. Turned-off texts are not sent and do not use your allowance.

Yes, on the Company plan. Copy a short snippet into your website and MonkeyLio shows a contact form with questions for your trade, which you can edit any time. Each request is saved as a new customer, you get an email and a text, and the customer gets a confirmation.

An AI assistant inside the app, included in the Company plan. It answers questions using your own MonkeyLio data, looks at job photos to suggest what may be wrong and how to fix it, and can search the web. It can make mistakes, so check important answers. It reads your data but never changes it.

30 days, no card needed. Every trial includes all Company features and 50 texts, even if you selected Solo or Crew for later. Pick your trade for starter prices and a job checklist. When the trial ends, subscribe to keep going or cancel and delete your account. Nothing is billed automatically.

Yes. In Plan & billing, choose Solo, Crew or Company for after your trial at no charge. You keep all Company features until the trial ends. Your choice is a preference, not a subscription: you must confirm and pay for your subscription after the trial.

You can change your trade or edit everything in Settings.

Yes. Crew members start and end time from the job on their phone. MonkeyLio stamps each start and end with the time and GPS location, shows how far it was from the job address, and flags entries without location. Location is recorded only at those taps, not tracked continuously.

Yes. Invited crew members sign in, add MonkeyLio to their home screen, and land on My jobs with directions, customer contact and the time clock.

Yes. The website and the app run in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole and French. First-time visitors start in their phone's language, and you can switch any time from the globe menu. Your choice is remembered on every device, and customer names, job titles and dollar amounts stay exactly as you typed them.

Yes. MonkeyLio runs on both. Crew add it to the home screen from Safari on iPhone or iPad, or from Chrome on Android phones and tablets — no app store download needed.

No. MonkeyLio is a universal quoting platform. It’s especially suited to trades and service businesses, but any business that quotes for work can use it.

A proposal link with your business branding, itemised work, selected job photos, totals, terms and agreement. They can review it and accept or decline.

Connect your own Stripe secret key in your business settings. Payments made through that connection go to your business’s Stripe account, not another trade company’s account. Stripe’s own fees apply.

Both. Choose per quote: bill up front and the customer can pay as soon as they accept, or bill on completion and send the invoice by text when the work is done. The customer’s proposal page becomes their invoice with a pay button.

Yes. Owners upgrade or downgrade any time from Plan & billing, and the difference is prorated. Features switch on or off automatically to match the plan.

Solo includes 100 texts a month, Crew 200 and Company 500 — proposals, invoices, job updates and reminders all count. If you run out, buy a top-up of any amount from 50 to 5,000 texts at 2¢ each on Plan & billing. Top-ups never expire.

Yes. Set a job to repeat weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly. When a visit is completed, MonkeyLio creates the next one automatically with the same price — ideal for cleaning routes, mowing rounds and maintenance plans.

Yes. Customer notes and the customer photo library are private to your business. Only photos you explicitly include in a quote become part of the customer’s proposal.

Yes. Invite staff to your business and assign jobs to them. MonkeyLio works in a browser and can be added to a phone’s home screen. It requires an internet connection.
