Platform payment oversight
MonkeyLio’s platform administrator tracks subscription payments, bank deposits, failed payments, refunds and disputes with date filters and daily, weekly or monthly reporting. Full and partial refunds are restricted to the platform owner; each trade business’s customer payments stay in its own Stripe account.
Accepted quotes become invoices
When a customer accepts, the proposal turns into their invoice. Bill up front on acceptance, or send the invoice by text when the job is complete. An Unpaid invoices list shows how many days each one has been waiting, with one-tap resend by text, and every invoice downloads as a QuickBooks-ready file for your bookkeeper.

GPS-stamped time on site
Crew tap Start and End on the job. Each tap records the time and phone location with distance from the job address, and owners can open every start and end point on a map to see exactly where work began and was completed. Off-site taps are flagged, corrections are added as notes, and timesheets export to CSV for payroll. Customers get an automatic text when the crew arrives and when they finish.

Equipment records
Log the water heaters, panels, furnaces, AC units and irrigation systems at each customer's property, with model, serial, age and next service date. Set services to repeat yearly (or every 1, 3 or 6 months): 30 days before each one is due, MonkeyLio texts and emails both you and the customer, and Mark serviced rolls the date forward.
