How they work
Your business checklist (Settings) is copied onto every new job. Crew tick off steps on their phone; each tick records who and when. Changing your checklist later only affects new jobs.
Showing the customer
Turn on 'show checklist' on a quote and the customer sees completed steps on their proposal link. It's a simple way to prove the job was done right.
