Your starter job checklist

1. Area measured and graded plan confirmed
2. Utilities and drainage checked before digging
3. Old surface removed and base compacted
4. Edges formed and tacked
5. Asphalt laid and rolled to spec
6. Edges sealed and striping done
7. Site cleaned, cones and barricades placed
8. Customer walkthrough with cure-time instructions

Equipment worth logging

Track Paver, Roller / compactor, Sealcoat tank / sprayer, Crack sealing melter, Striping machine, Skid steer at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 8:00 — Driveway measure: cracked, oil spots, needs an overlay.
2. 8:30 — Quote built per square foot with sealcoat and crack filling, texted from the truck.
3. 8:45 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Paving day — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Checklist ticked as it’s rolled.
5. Done — After photos attached, invoice paid from the same link. Next sealcoat already scheduled.
