MonkeyLio for landscaping: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick Landscaping as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Weekly mowing, Bi-weekly mowing, Spring cleanup, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Gates closed and pets secured
2. Lawn mowed and edged
3. Beds weeded
4. Clippings blown off hard surfaces
5. Debris hauled away
6. Irrigation checked for leaks
7. Photos taken of finished work

Equipment worth logging

Track Irrigation system, Irrigation controller, Backflow device, Outdoor lighting, Pond pump, Drainage system at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. Monday 7:00 — Crews open the app: today’s lawns, in order.
2. 7:40 — First stop. Tap Start, customer gets a text.
3. 8:15 — Done. Tap End, ‘finished for today’ text sent.
4. Noon — New website request for a spring cleanup. Quoted from the truck.
5. Friday — Next week’s mowing visits already waiting. Invoices out, nobody chased.
