Set up for your trade

1. Pick Duct & vent cleaning as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Service call / diagnostic, Labor, Whole-home air duct cleaning, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. HVAC system powered off
2. Registers and returns covered and protected
3. Vacuum and agitation equipment set up with negative pressure
4. Ducts brushed and debris removed
5. Filters replaced
6. System powered back on and airflow tested
7. Work area cleaned up

Equipment worth logging

Track Furnace / air handler, AC condenser, Dryer vent, Bathroom exhaust fan, Range hood, Humidifier, Whole-house air filter at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. Call — ‘How much for the whole house?’
2. On site — Count vents, tap them in, quote texted.
3. Approved — Crew clocks in, customer gets a text.
4. Done — Photos attached, invoice paid.
5. Next year — Reminder sent for you.
