MonkeyLio for hvac: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick HVAC as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Service call / diagnostic, Labor, AC tune-up, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Power to unit shut off
2. Filter checked/replaced
3. Refrigerant pressures recorded
4. Electrical connections tightened
5. Condensate drain cleared
6. Burner/heat exchanger inspected
7. Thermostat cycle tested
8. Temperature split recorded

Equipment worth logging

Track Furnace, AC condenser, Heat pump, Mini-split, Air handler, Boiler, Thermostat, Humidifier at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. Day 1 — Furnace tune-up, unit logged with filter size.
2. Month 11 — MonkeyLio texts the customer: service due.
3. They reply, you book it.
4. Visit — Checklist ticked, invoice paid on the spot.
5. Next year — It happens again, without you remembering.
