MonkeyLio for home & office cleaning: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick Home & office cleaning as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Standard home clean (1–2 bed), Standard home clean (3–4 bed), Deep clean, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Supplies staged and entryway cleared
2. High dusting first: fans, ledges and cabinet tops
3. Glass and mirrors streaked
4. Kitchen counters, sink and appliance exteriors done
5. Bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected
6. Floors vacuumed, then mopped working to the exit
7. Walkthrough done, trash emptied and fresh towels left

Equipment worth logging

Track Carpet extractor, HEPA vacuum, Floor buffer / polisher, Pressure washer, Steam cleaner, Range hood filter, HVAC filter at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 7:00 — Crew opens the app: four houses today, in order.
2. 7:35 — First stop. Tap Start, the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text.
3. 9:10 — Done. Tap End, checklist ticked, photos saved with the job.
4. 11:00 — New website request for a move-out clean. Quoted from the truck, approved by lunch.
5. Friday — Invoices out for every visit this week. Next month’s route already built.
