1. Pick Fencing as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like On-site measure & quote visit, Labor, Wood privacy fence install, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Property lines confirmed and layout marked
2. Utility lines located before digging
3. Post holes dug to proper depth
4. Posts set, leveled and concrete cured
5. Panels, pickets or chain-link installed
6. Gates hung, latched and swinging true
7. Debris hauled and yard raked clean
8. Walkthrough with customer and after photos

Equipment worth logging

Track Fence panels, Fence posts, Post hole digger, Concrete mix, Gate hardware, Stain and sealer at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Measure call: 220 ft of wood privacy with a double driveway gate, old chain-link to remove.
2. 9:20 — Quote with tear-out, posts, panels, gate and staining texted from the truck.
3. 9:31 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Build day — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Utility locating, post set and gate-swing steps ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — After photos attached, walkthrough signed, invoice paid from the same link.
