Set up for your trade

1. Pick Flooring installation as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Measure & estimate visit, Labor, Hardwood install, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Subfloor checked and moisture readings taken
2. Old flooring removed and hauled away
3. Subfloor leveled and prepped
4. Underlayment laid
5. Flooring installed with expansion gaps left
6. Trim, transitions and shoe molding fitted
7. Dust vacuumed and work area cleaned
8. Walkthrough with customer and after photos

Equipment worth logging

Track Hardwood floor, LVP / vinyl plank, Tile section, Carpet area, Baseboards and trim, Underlayment at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Measure call: 600 sq ft of LVP over old carpet, stairs included.
2. 9:20 — Quote with tear-out, underlayment, transitions and stair treads texted from the truck.
3. 9:33 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Install day — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Subfloor, leveling and expansion-gap steps ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — After photos attached, walkthrough signed, invoice paid from the same link.
