MonkeyLio for junk removal: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick Junk removal as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Minimum load (1/8 truck), Quarter truck load, Half truck load, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Crew briefed on the items to be removed
2. Walkthrough with customer, items confirmed
3. Floors, walls and doorways protected
4. Items carried out without damaging walls or floors
5. Debris sorted: donate, recycle, dispose
6. Dump receipt obtained and disposal fees logged
7. Area swept and raked clean
8. Before and after photos taken

Equipment worth logging

Track Dump trailer, Box truck, Dolly and straps, Heavy-duty bags, Sledge and pry tools, Dump fee account at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Call: garage cleanout, maybe a truckload.
2. 9:40 — On site. Load size confirmed, quote with dump fee texted from the curb.
3. 9:47 — Customer approves and pays.
4. 10:15 — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a text. Checklist ticked as the truck loads.
5. Noon — Swept clean, after photos attached, invoice paid from the same link.
