Set up for your trade

1. Pick Moving & storage as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like In-home estimate, Movers (2-person crew), Extra mover, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Inventory confirmed and walkthrough done
2. Floors, doors and banisters protected
3. Furniture wrapped and padded
4. Fragile items boxed and labeled
5. Truck loaded and strapped
6. Old home swept and checked room by room
7. Items placed in the right rooms at the new home
8. Customer walkthrough and inventory signed off

Equipment worth logging

Track Box truck, Moving van, Dolly / hand truck, Furniture pads, Appliance dolly, Storage unit at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Walkthrough for a 3-bedroom move on the 15th.
2. 9:20 — Quote with crew hours, stairs and packing texted from the driveway.
3. 9:31 — Customer approves and pays the deposit.
4. Moving day, 8:00 — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Checklist ticked as the truck loads.
5. 2:30 — Unloaded, walkthrough signed off, invoice paid from the same link.
