MonkeyLio for pest control: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick Pest control as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Initial inspection, Technician time, General pest treatment (per visit), and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Inspection done and pest identified
2. Photos taken of activity and entry points
3. Treatment applied per label and plan
4. Bait stations and monitors placed and logged
5. Entry points and harborage noted for the customer
6. Re-treatment date set and customer informed
7. Equipment rinsed and truck secured
8. Walkthrough with customer and service report signed

Equipment worth logging

Track Sprayer and B&G gun, Dust applicator, Bait stations, Glue traps and monitors, Mosquito mister, Safety gear and signage at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Inspection call: ants in the kitchen, activity along the foundation.
2. 9:15 — Quote with initial treatment plus the quarterly plan texted from the truck.
3. 9:24 — Homeowner approves and pays by card.
4. Treatment — Technician taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we're here' text. Inspection, treatment and bait-station steps ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — Service report signed, invoice paid from the same link. Next quarter's visit already on the calendar.
