2. Review your starter prices, like Weekly service visit, Bi-weekly service visit, One-time clean, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Water tested and levels recorded
2. Skimmer and pump baskets cleaned
3. Pool vacuumed and walls brushed
4. Filter checked and backwashed if needed
5. Pump, heater and equipment inspected
6. Chemicals added and readings logged
7. Deck area rinsed and cleaned
8. Walkthrough with customer and after photos

Equipment worth logging

Track Pool vacuum, Skimmer net and pole, Water test kit, Chemical feeder, Pool pump and filter, Safety cover at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 8:30 — Tuesday route: first stop is a green pool, water cloudy from the weekend storm.
2. 8:45 — Quote with green-to-clean recovery plus the weekly plan texted poolside.
3. 8:52 — Homeowner approves and pays by card.
4. Service — Tech taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we're here' text. Water tests, vacuum, filter and chemical steps ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — After photos of clear water attached, invoice paid from the same link. The rest of the route is already scheduled.
