MonkeyLio for pressure washing: setup and tips

Set up for your trade

1. Pick Pressure washing as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like On-site measure / quote visit, Labor, Driveway pressure wash, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Surface material and condition checked before washing
2. Plants, windows, outlets and lights pre-wetted and protected
3. Water source, hose bib and power confirmed on site
4. Cleaning solution applied and dwell time allowed
5. House washed top down on soft-wash settings
6. Driveway and patio washed in even passes with no streaks
7. Edges, corners and missed spots touched up
8. After photos taken and customer walkthrough done

Equipment worth logging

Track Driveway / walkway, House siding, Deck or patio, Gutter system, Parking lot, Pool deck / fence at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Measure call: oil-stained driveway, black streaks on the north wall.
2. 9:20 — Quote built per square foot with oil treatment and gutter cleaning, texted from the truck.
3. 9:32 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Wash day — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Soft-wash and even-pass checklist ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — After photos attached, invoice paid from the same link. Next spring’s wash already on the calendar.
