2. Review your starter prices, like Roof inspection & report, Labor, Roof repair (minor leak), and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Ladder and fall protection set up
2. Photos taken before any work
3. Tear-off checked down to the decking
4. Damaged decking replaced
5. Underlayment and ice barrier installed
6. Flashing and pipe boots sealed
7. Ridge vent and ventilation checked
8. Magnet sweep done for nails
9. Gutters cleared of debris
10. Customer walkthrough with after photos

Equipment worth logging

Track Roof (main), Flat roof section, Gutter system, Skylight, Attic ventilation, Chimney flashing at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 8:00 — Storm damage call: missing shingles, active leak.
2. 8:45 — On the roof. Photos taken, quote built per square, texted from the truck.
3. 9:02 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Day 2 — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text.
5. Day 3 — Magnet sweep done, after photos attached, invoice paid from the same link.
