Set up for your trade

1. Pick Tree service & removal as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like On-site assessment / quote visit, Labor (climbing crew), Small tree removal (under 30 ft), and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Drop zone and property inspected for hazards
2. Power lines and structures checked before cutting
3. Ground crew briefed and bystanders kept clear
4. Tree sectioned and lowered safely
5. Stump ground to agreed depth
6. Chips raked, lawn protected, debris hauled
7. Before and after photos taken
8. Customer walkthrough done

Equipment worth logging

Track Stump grinder, Wood chipper, Chainsaw, Bucket truck, Climbing rig / ropes, Log splitter at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 7:30 — Storm call: limb on a garage.
2. 8:15 — On site. Photos taken, quote built by tree size, texted before you leave.
3. 8:24 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. 9:00 — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a ‘we’re here’ text. Checklist ticked as the tree comes down.
5. 1:00 — Stump ground, chips hauled, after photos attached. Invoice paid from the same link.
