2. Review your starter prices, like Service call / diagnostic, Labor, No-water emergency call-out, and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Power to pump shut off before work
2. Static water level and pump depth noted
3. Pressure tank pre-charge checked
4. Pressure switch cut-in/cut-out verified
5. System repressurized and leaks checked
6. Water run clear and flow tested at fixtures
7. Water test results explained to the customer

Equipment worth logging

Track Well pump, Pressure tank, Pressure switch, Water softener, UV treatment system, Sediment filter at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 7:40 AM — Call: no water, house full of kids.
2. 8:30 — On site. Pressure switch and tank diagnosed, quote texted from the wellhead.
3. 8:38 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Repair — Start tapped, checklist ticked from power-off to flow test at the fixtures.
5. Done — Water running, after photos attached, balance paid from the same link. Annual inspection booked for next year.
