Set up for your trade

1. Pick Windows & remodeling as your trade in Settings to get the starter price list, checklist and equipment types.
2. Review your starter prices, like Walk-through & estimate visit, Labor, Standard window replacement (installed), and change them to your real prices.
3. Edit the job checklist in Settings so it matches how your crew actually works.
4. Connect Stripe so customers can pay from their link.

Your starter job checklist

1. Openings measured and materials confirmed with the customer
2. Work area protected with tarps and floor covering
3. Old window, door or wall section removed and hauled
4. Opening prepped: flashing, sill pan and framing checked
5. Window or door set level, plumb and fastened to spec
6. Insulation, flashing tape and caulking sealed watertight
7. Interior trim, casing and drywall finished
8. Walkthrough with customer and after photos

Equipment worth logging

Track Replacement windows, Sliding patio door, Entry door, Trim and casing, Siding panel, Drywall section at each customer's property, with a next service date so MonkeyLio reminds you and the customer.

A day with MonkeyLio

1. 9:00 — Window replacement walk-through: six openings, one stuck sash.
2. 9:20 — Quote with six windows, tear-out and trim texted from the driveway.
3. 9:27 — Homeowner approves and pays the deposit.
4. Install day — Crew taps Start; the customer gets a 'we're here' text. Measurements, flashing, insulation and trim ticked off as the work goes.
5. Done — After photos attached, balance paid from the same link before the crew rolls up.
